Returns

• You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse or missing original packaging may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at jaramillowilliam982@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Contact us at jaramillowilliam982@gmail.com and we will arrange the exchange at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or opened beyond initial inspection
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
